This tool only performs format conversion and cannot bypass Codex OAuth phone verification. ChatGPT Web sessions typically lack a `refresh_token`. When an authentic `id_token` is missing, CPA, Cockpit, Codex, and AxonHub construct Codex-parseable placeholder JWT claims. Codex and Codex-Manager retain an empty `refresh_token`, while AxonHub writes a placeholder value if missing.
